The problem is trumps a menace bearish for markets no one knows what he will do and why. His legalize crime / let business do whatever they want markets love but then they realize he is also doing whatever he wants and they get scared. Tarrifs don’t make sense, it’s a tax on Americans not anyone else don’t get confused, it doesn’t really help anyone at all except maybe some American products but overall negative for us citizens and globally. He wanted stronger borders w Mexico and Canada, like Canadians are sneaking into America, illegal immigration is a made up issue if you think it’s a big deal your uneducated/ dumb. Illegal immigrants HELP America and its economy in many ways. Social security for one, Elon is going after your grandparents social security, is supported majorly by them as they pay in and never receive, not to mention all the cheap labor (hired by American businesses) for jobs no one wants to do working hard longer and for less then you. NOT TO MENTION, no one who thinks illegals in America is directly affected by it (they are but in a good way and don’t realize it) are you? If you made 1 million every year from the time of Jesus without spending or being taxed you would have 2 billion, not even 1% of Elons worth.. lol the billionaire firing park rangers to “save the US money” is not your buddy either, they want to sell that land to corporations so their buddies can extract more oil and minerals from US national parks and land. Imagine having billions of dollars and thinking, what if I had more tho? You could strategically use tarrifs for certain industries if you wanted to boost but most of the stuff isn’t / made or grown in America= huge tax on Americans - poorer you are the more it hurts- basically biggest tax increase ever on majority of Americans from guy who runs on cutting taxes.
