- Confirmation Dialog: Check before sending the funds. We added an additional screen for you to confirm before executing the transactions so you know exactly what's happening.

- Send funds to friends faster: Scan your friend's QR code with your phone camera to send money to tokens to them faster instead of asking them for their BasedApp address

- Improved reliability for "Swap and Deposit". This should solve the error "Task state is Cancelled" that some users have experienced in the past.

Sending money to your friends on BasedApp just got a whole lot easier with usernames! No more hassle with wallet addresses, just key in their username! 🥳

Check your username in your profile at the top right corner. To send funds, go to Wallet > Send > Enter username.

It is designed to help you maximise returns on your idle stablecoins by offering access to some of the best and reliable vaults available in the market.

Our first vault is powered by Compound III, where you can earn up to 7.86% APR (as of the current writing) on your stablecoins.
(Do note that the APR varies depending on the utilization of the lending pool.)

What is Compound III?
It allows users to deposit USDC into lending pools, becoming a resource for borrowers. In return, lenders earn interest on their deposits.

What are the rewards?
When you deposit USDC, you not only earn interest in USDC but also in COMP, Compound's governance token.

How to get started?
Login to your BasedApp account, select Saving Vaults, and key in the amount of USDC you wish to deposit.

From Dec 1, 2023, cardholders can earn 1.5% APR on XSGD deposits in their SGD card account on BasedApp!

How to qualify? Maintain an average daily balance of 500 XSGD (S$500) throughout the month in your card account.

Interest calculations will be conducted at the end of each month, and cardholders will receive their rewards on the 5th of the following month.

How to deposit XSGD to qualify:

1. Select “Card” on the menu.
2. Click on "Deposit" and input at least 500 XSGD to qualify for the 1.5% rate. If you are also using the card for spending, please deposit enough funds to ensure that the total balance across each day is at least 500 XSGD.

Here's how to transfer funds to BasedApp:

👉 Deposit from exchanges
👉 Mint XSGD through StraitsX (Sign up, transfer, done!)
👉 Directly via bank deposits on our app (Coming in early Dec)
