Based Streams Launch Recap
Based Streams officially went live last night with a stream that ran for nearly three hours. Huge thanks to our community member for hosting our inaugural session.
Streaming Highlights:
🔸 Peak viewership: 638
🔸 Total watch time: ~1,200 hours
🔸 Average viewership: 204 sustained over six hours
Despite an early DDOS attack, the stream completed successfully and achieved impressive engagement. We will be rolling out infrastructure upgrades to ensure future streams run smoothly under higher loads.
As a token of appreciation, we will provide the streamer with 10,000 Based Gold to distribute to selected participants, and the Based team will contribute another 10,000 Based Gold to reward everyone who joined the event.
Thank you to everyone who tuned in and supported the launch. This was only the beginning, and we will soon be collaborating with more streamers while enhancing Based Streams with greater capacity, smoother performance, and richer features.

BlindBox has been upgraded
You may have noticed new types of rewards appearing from BlindBoxes. We will add more goodies along the way as the campaign progresses. Here is a quick overview of what they are and how they work:
1. BlindBox Drop Boost
Enjoy increased drop rates for BlindBoxes during the current epoch. Higher chances mean more rewards for active traders.
2. Nameplate & Reroll Ticket
Everyone loves personalization. Now you can customize your username in the Based app with Nameplates of varying rarities. Your new name will also appear on the leaderboard. If you are not satisfied with your choice, use a Name Reroll Ticket to change it again.
3. NFT Fragments
In addition to BasedPals, you can now earn NFT Fragments from BlindBoxes. Collect and combine these fragments to redeem a full BasedPal NFT.
4. Mystery Items
Keep an eye out for special items that can boost your Gold earnings in the next epoch or unlock other exclusive benefits. You can receive up to one Mystery Item per epoch, and new rewards will be added over time.
