The papacy didn’t want their child sex abuse to be a secret that accidentally leaked - the Roman Catholic Church is all about child sacrifice, so they intended on the entire world knowing about that - - in an attempt to make amends and let the child sex abuse “never let this happen again” so that the world will again submit to them and do away with the protestant.
