❔How to combine tickets:

Go to the NFT page in the game and click "Merge" Select the level and number of tickets. For example, to upgrade to level 2, you need to merge 2 level 1 tickets.

❔How to mint a ticket:

Go to the NFT page in the game, click "Mint" select the NFT level, and confirm the network fee payment from your wallet.

❗️IMPORTANT:
It is impossible to merge minted NFTs. To do this, you will need to burn the NFT and receive a ticket back into the game. Then, you can merge the tickets and mint again. The NFT burning system and bonus multiplier for minted NFTs will be activated later, and we will notify you in a separate post!

- I press "Mint," but no confirmation appears.
Go to your game profile, then to the wallet, and click on the wallet address at the top to disconnect it. Then reconnect the wallet and try minting again.

- I paid the fee but didn't receive the NFT.
1. Open your wallet app from which you paid the fee, and check the "Collections" section — your NFT may already be there.
2. If the "Collections" section is empty, go to the NFT section in the game and check if your ticket was returned or if it is frozen. If the ticket was returned, reconnect your wallet and try minting again.
3. If there are no tickets in the "Collections" section or in the NFT page in the game, fill out the form at forms.gle/r3Z42urXvzAUjBS6A, and we will resolve the issue.

If you clicked the mint button but didn’t see a confirmation of fee payment, it means your ticket is frozen and displayed as (1)/(2)/... This is temporary, and within 24-48 hours, it will be unfrozen automatically.

2. Confirmed fee payment, but the ticket is still frozen

You paid the fee but didn’t receive your NFT, and your ticket is still shown as frozen? This is normal. Please wait 10 minutes to 24 hours — you’re in the queue. If the TON network doesn’t confirm the creation of your NFT, we’ll refund your ticket, and you’ll need to repeat the minting process.

3. Paid the fee, but received nothing

If after paying the fee you haven’t received your NFT and it’s not showing as frozen, this could be a rare TON network error (occurring in 2-5% of cases). Please fill out the form [forms.gle/r3Z42urXvzAUjBS6A], and we will resolve the issue manually.
