GLM-Image 采用 自回归 + 扩散解码器 的混合架构。其中，自回归模块部分结构采用并初始化自[GLM-4-9B-0414][1]，参数量为9B；扩散解码器模块则沿用了[CogView4][2]的单流DiT结构，参数量为7B。
值得一提的是，GLM-Image的自回归结构基座训练基于昇腾Atlas 800T A2设备和昇思MindSpore AI框架完成。
