A 5,000-year-old American artifact that defies explanation.

Exploring countless museum storerooms I came across one artifact of unknown purpose📜

The stone artifact has a very flat drilled hole and two filigree notches with an intricate shaped profile. The most ancient copper artifacts on the North American continent date back to the 4th millennium B.C. Accordingly, no copper tubes for drilling holes are out of the question. How did ancient man make it? Slate. Size: 14.5 x 6.4 cm. Code: 2011.102. Museum of Art, Chicago, USA.

A mermaid holding a flying saucer in her hand is depicted on a map of America from 1562.

It is known that all ancient maps were created from the drawings of travelers. One such work, dated 1562, was found in one of the archives of the university library.

The drawing was by Diego Gutierrez, a famous cartographer, explorer, and navigator. It depicts a schematic view of the American coast and nearby islands.

There are many versions about the origin of the Moon. Some of them are so unbelievable🥶

1. The satellite always faces the same side of the Earth. In addition, the reverse side is very different from the visible side by its roughness. If the moon is a natural body, this should not be the case.
2. The diameter of the Moon is 1/395 of the diameter of the Sun, and the distance between the Moon and the Earth is 1/395 of the distance between the Earth and the Sun. Nature again?
3. Almost all lunar craters are circular. This means that the asteroids hit the surface at right angles.
4. The moon reflects light at the full moon with the entire surface of the disk. According to the laws of optics, the edges of the disk should be dim and barely visible. The angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection - this law of optics is violated by the Moon.
5. Perfect coincidence of the size of the Moon with the size of the visible solar disk from the Earth. Therefore, we see an eclipse and a "corona" on the Moon

In 1844, a long and incredibly thin gold thread was found in a stone quarry in Great Britain. To create something like this, you had to not only have the talent, but also have the appropriate equipment, which appeared only in the 19th century. However, the artifact was in a rock 320 million years old🤔

A mosaic from the ancient Roman city of Palestrina. 100 BC depicts a recognizable dinosaur (looks like an iguanodon). The innoscription is easily readable in Russian "crocodilopardalik". Pardus or pardalik in Ancient Rus was called a leopard.

Two proofs in one: the proximity of "extinct" reptiles to humans and the writing of the Cyrillic alphabet.

In Delhi, in the courtyard of the Qutb Minar mosque, there is a metal column known to the world as the "Indra Pillar.

For several thousand years it has withstood the effects of the weather without a trace of rust.

The column is made of atomic iron without carbon and sulfur impurities at the molecular level. Nowadays it is possible to obtain such perfectly pure iron by sputtering only in a vacuum and only in small quantities. The height of Indra's Pillar corresponds to a three-storey house; moreover, the Pillar goes into the Earth for several tens of meters.

It is not clear how, with the help of what mechanisms this miracle was made and installed.

Plan of Catacombs and Depths, Rome

To build an underground city just to bury people makes no sense and is super expensive. Between 7 and 8 million people are buried in the Roman catacombs alone.

Most likely, they were intended to protect the masses of people from a global phenomenon, like modern bomb shelters. But something went wrong and many in the catacombs died. Hence the millions at Paris or Rome. Since not all died at once, they first tried to immure the carcasses in niches, since otherwise the bodies could not be disposed of (Rome), but in Paris, according to experts, the bones were boiled (allegedly this was a form of cleaning the bones of the flesh. But why??). Or maybe - was it cannibalism in Paris in the catacombs to survive?
Assuming that a world nuclear war would happen, part of the population would escape in the current catacombs called the subway, which makes sense.

Archaeologists found a stone figure of a shark suspiciously resembling a submarine.

Researchers attributed the find to the "Sambaki" tribe that existed on the Atlantic coast about five thousand years ago.

By coincidence, the age of this finding is also about five thousand years. This figurine carved from stone, according to researchers is a figure of a shark - in principle, so it is.

But in fact, more interesting is the quality of work with which this find is made - it's just incredible!

The perfect proportions, the correct shape of the hull, and in general the figure looks like a submarine.

It is just not clear, if the ancient man had such skills, then why he did not sharpen the fins...📜

UFOs in a 15th century painting

It is assumed that there are clouds in the picture. However, they look strange. At the same time, one must pay attention to the fact that the author depicts people and objects as they are. Why did he need to paint objects in the sky exactly of such form?

Perhaps it is not about the clouds? In the written sources of those years there is no information about something like a UFO. But how could an artist draw something he had never seen? One can assume an accident. Like, without wishing it, he created something that attracted the attention of people many years later. Such an explanation does not seem plausible to those who do not believe in accidents.

In Murom a giant dungeon was unearthed that historians "didn't know about" as usual

The owners of a cafe in an old basement decided to get a fire escape. Workers removed the asphalt, and under it was a brick vault. They punched through it and saw long tunnels! As usual, "smart people" gave the logical explanation: there were basements under the ground for storing goods and supplies.

Well, yes, as if that were not so. Faults appeared more and more often and it turned out that under Murom a whole network of passages and halls with vaulted ceilings, and under the ground there is a transition to the other bank of the Oka! Under the Annunciation monastery and was a network of rooms in the form of regular hexagons, becoming an extensive maze. Yes, there was just a whole city.

The Murom administration admits that there are no plans for the dungeons, or mentions of such passages in the history. And in general, enough already digging where it is not convenient, and you are too lazy to explain everything😁

Aztecs

One of the reasons for the fall of this civilization is thought to be European diseases introduced by the colonists, to which the Mexican people had no immunity or medicine.

The satellites of Mars were discovered in 1877 by the American astronomer A. Hall

But the first and most important mention of a satellite of Mars is in the "Explanatory Dictionary" by Saba Orbeliani. He described the orbital radius of 24.019 km (Deimos has 25.459 km) and this data about the satellite before its discovery was borrowed from the Armenian manunoscript repository Matenodaran.

The diary of the NKVD employee, which he saw in Matenodaran in 1939, can be considered a confirmation of the existence of the ancient manunoscript. There was a detailed map of Mars and a satellite drawn in orbit, which the shocked employee wrote down in his diary.

It is believed that before 1877, no telescope powerful enough to look at them existed on Earth. But ancient peoples often demonstrated knowledge of the cosmos that modern scientists believe is impossible with their level of technological advancement.

One of the officials' arguments is that "Tartary" is a foreign spelling of the land of the Tatars, where the "r" is not readable. Such is the linguistic exception.

What about the Russian-language spelling? In the center of Yekaterinburg, near the cafe-museum "Demidov" there are massive cast-iron plates dedicated to the city, one of which has a map from 1707 with the name we already know. Russian in cast-iron: taRtaria.

Scientists have found evidence of life on Mars 4 billion years ago

Planetary scientists have examined traces of organic molecules in one of the ancient Martian meteorites found in Antarctica in December 1984, which led them to assume the existence of life on Mars four billion years ago.

The molecules resemble amino acids and other nitrogen-containing substances in structure, the paper said. Experts believe that there could be two explanations - the substances were formed on Mars or came to its surface from the outside along with falling meteorites and comets. "Either way, this discovery shows that young Mars was more like Earth and was not a red planet, but another blue planet," said Atsuko Kobayashi, one of the authors of the paper, a planetologist at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.

An Olmec elephant-shaped vessel is preserved in the Hallapa Museum of Anthropology. It is believed that elephants in the Americas disappeared about 12,000 years ago.

It turns out that either elephants were still living in the Olmec era, which contradicts the paleozoological data, or the Olmec craftsmen were familiar with African elephants, which contradicts modern historical views.

Unfortunately, the academic science studiously bypasses such absurd "trifles".

A figure from a museum in Peru📜

While most of the figures can be explained by abstract representations of animals, in this particular case it is much more complicated.

Here we clearly see a man holding nothing more than a steering wheel in front of him, and there is an incomprehensible thing in front of him.

Surprisingly, scientists do not try to explain this artifact in any way and for the most part simply ignore it.

The opening of a Chinese tomb in Taiyuan city has given people a find in the form of a gold sarcophagus from the Tang dynasty. The official position of scientists is that the gold coffin has not been opened until now because scientists fear that the contents will react with the air, oxidize and turn to ashes.

Sounds reasonable, in contrast to the second part of the denoscription of the precious sarcophagus - a red silk bow is still wrapped around the coffin. So the metal sarcophagus has oxidized over 12-15 centuries in the ground, but the silk ribbon has not? Silk is known for its durability, unlike metals!

In Rome, not a few doors remain for "big" and "small" people. They can easily be distinguished by door handles of different sizes and door hammers at a level greater than human height.

If they did, it means there was someone to use them and this despite the data that the average height of the Romans was 155-160cm.

William Camden lived in Britain from 1551 to 1623 and was a famous English historian, topographer, and expert in antiquities. In 1586 he published the first edition of Britannia, in which he
claimed that the stones of Stonehenge were not hewn from the rocks of discovered quarries, but from sand and some kind of binder.

"And is it so strange? After all, we read in Pliny that the sand or ashes of Puteol, when filled with water, turns into true stone"-concrete as it is. Camden is right, there is nothing to be surprised about. Except that our contemporaries do not take the author's words into account📜

"The Kiev Synopsis of 1823 by Innokenty Gizel, Archimandrite of the Kiev-Pechersk Monastery and Rector of the Kiev-Mohyla Academy, is interesting because it briefly and clearly sets forth the historical postulates that then formed the basis of Lyzlov, Lomonosov and Tatishchev's Histories as well as other, later national Russian historians📜

Gizel begins with the origin of the Slavs and Russians, noting that originally they are one people, like related Sarmatians, Roxolans and some other peoples of Eastern Europe.

The distant antiquity of the Slavic-Russian people is also spoken of. "The Kiev Synopsis" reports that they fought the Romans and Greeks in antiquity and received a charter from Alexander the Great as far back as 300 years before Christ's birth, claiming Slavic lands in Europe for them. Of the other reports of the Synopsis, it is worth noting the statement that "the Slavic-Russian prince Odonacer" seized Rome and ruled it for 30 years🤔

If the pyramids of Egypt, Mesoamerica and Nubia can be toured, the pyramids of China can be forgotten for the moment. The policy of the Chinese party is simple - to ignore hundreds of pyramids throughout the country, to prohibit visiting, studying and even approaching the pyramids.

Why such strict secrecy all of a sudden? The pyramids could be a good source of tourist income, and studying the artifacts buried in them could add to history... or destroy it. Because in the official history of China there was no place for pyramids, who and for what purpose built them is not mentioned, even approximate dates are not preserved. The scientific community decided to take the simplest route: "Smile and wave, gentlemen!"😆
