The photo shows a sleeve from a Mexican museum. It is unknown how the ancestors managed to create such delicate objects from a material that is reluctant to yield to modern equipment. The sleeve, by the way, is made of obsidian, which is barely as strong as granite, but is very brittle and fragile. To create a transparent piece of complex shape out of it is really an art worthy of a museum🤔
