A bronze helmet of the "Chalcidian" (or "Attic") type.
This is a typical example of a late variant of the type ("Chalcidian type V"), which was one of the dominant types during the 4th century B.C. A geometrically identical helmet is depicted on the tip of the hilt of a sword from the "Tomb of Philip" at Vergina.

I present you the 18th century painting "View of the Arch of Constantine with the Colosseum" by Italian painter Giovanni Antonio Canali, also known as Canaletto (left photo). And here on the right is a modern photo of the same Arch of Constantine.
For you the marks are specially marked with the height of people, relative to the columns of this arch. The naked eye can see that the people in the picture are about 2.5 times higher than today. As they say, "Any questions?"

Are the Giants a lost civilization of the distant past?
There are a huge number of facts, discoveries and constructions, which in one way or another can be associated with a race and civilization of giants on Earth, but for some reason it does not happen.
From the past came quite a number of enormous structures, both in general terms and in terms of the blocks themselves. That said, many of these structures were built as if by brute physical force, capable of lifting hundreds of tons.

In 1933, a 90-ton stone with the Ten Commandments engraved on it was found in New Mexico. There are only two problems - the innoscriptions are in ancient Hebrew, and research has established the age of the innoscriptions at 500-2000 years ago.
