For 1 glass of water (cold) - 5 drops of iodine, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. apple (grape) vinegar. Stir everything well.
Drink 2 glasses a day:
◾️ 1st in the morning at 6 o'clock, and until 12 do not eat! Then you can eat whatever you want and love!
◾️ 2nd glass at 22 hours (i.e. in the evening) and after that, too, do not eat! That's it.
It tastes more like just a glass of juice! It is desirable to drink a month, the blood is cleaned, the lymphatic system all, colds, headaches go away, normalizes metabolism, etc.
