What's interesting is that during the whole time of storage, the food really did not lose its properties and was in a saleable form.

At the conclusion of her experiment, the nutritionist asked people to make better decisions about the food they consume, because the near-perfect preservation of fast food over such a period says more about its harm than its benefits.
