A puzzle for scientists was found in Shelbyville, Illinois, USA. The town was founded in 1827, which is very recent by historical standards.
How the city ended up 4-5 meters in the ground is a mystery. It seems that it was built not long ago, the sea and oceans are far away, typhoons do not reach the center of the country either. There is, however, a lake about a kilometer from the city, but in order for it to reach the city and turn it into a small Atlantis, it will take a whole sea of water to pour into it.
The excavated structure itself is impressive - the arched openings, columns and red brick seem vaguely familiar. In most of the excavated cities, surprisingly, the buildings are built as if from a template.

Ancient Map, China
This map was purchased by Chinese collector Liu Gang in 2001 at an antique store in Shanghai for $500.
The date of the map is 1763, but it bears the innoscription: "This map was drawn by Mo Yi Tong, a Qing dynasty citizen, during the reign of Emperor Gong Li in 1763, based on an original map of 1418. This is 74 years before Columbus arrived in the New World, but the Chinese map already depicts both Americas. And both coasts, both west and east.

Athanasius Kircher's map of 1675 is noscriptd "A Geographical Map of the World After the Flood.
The map shows the coastal lands that went under water. The Aral Sea and the Caspian Sea, which are one body of water on the map, fit perfectly into the hypothesis of a rise in water levels.
By the way, off the coast of Florida scuba divers found enough evidence that these areas were inhabited by people not so long ago.

Scientists have never been able to figure out how this was done...
Miniature boxwood altars (Boxwood: a genus of plants in the boxwood family, slow-growing evergreen shrubs and trees that grow to heights of 2 to 12 meters) have long puzzled researchers around the world. Recently, these tiny religious objects have been collected from private collections and re-examined.
The items originate from the sixteenth century. Thirty-five such miniatures have been examined and each has stumped connoisseurs. No explanation has yet been found, all hope lies in x-rays, the human eye simply cannot cope.Using a microscope and advanced 3D scanning software, researchers have figured out just how intricate these miniature altars really are. The inner layers adjoin each other so tightly that they hide the decorations behind them. Only with an x-ray can they be detected.

The floor in the cathedral replicates a modern electrical circuit
Chartres Cathedral is a masterpiece of French Gothic. The official date of the beginning of construction is 1194. Except that the pattern on the floor looks strange. Could there be such a coincidence, given that it was done 800 years ago?

Orontius Phineus' 1532 world map shows Antarctica without ice cover
One would believe the historians that the southern continent was drawn simply to balance the map, that it is a fiction and fantasy, that they simply did not know about the ice cover, if not for one thing - the continent in its general outline remarkably resembles a modern image, and the mountain ranges on the outskirts corresponded to the numerous rises discovered in Antarctica only in recent years.
Not too much of a coincidence for a simple coincidence?

Looking at maps of South America you can find a long rounded trail at the Drake Passage.
Moreover, on maps of 1570 this strait is not yet present and America is connected to Antarctica.
It turns out that the catastrophe occurred after the 16th century, but there is no record of a huge celestial body falling and destroying part of the continent? Didn't see the flying asteroid, or didn't notice the missing land?
