This user advertises "speed-focused" betting software for $250. Once the payment is made via USDT (Cripto), he changes the terms, claims the payment was only "half," and refuses to provide the software or a refund.
His own channel posted a price of $250 for the software. When approached him, he agreed to the price.
When confronted with his own price list, he began making excuses, claiming he "never agreed" to the full price, despite saying "Great" when the $250 was offered.
He refused to refund the money, told to "bring him other clients" to settle the debt.
I Have tried talk with him, Instead of resolving it, he blocked me immediately.

Scammer: @RafaelPetev
The victim provided winning betting tips). The scammer confirmed he would place the bets and send the agreed-upon share of the winnings (41 Euros) via Revolut.
When asked for the payment screenshot, he initially stalled, saying "Wait" and "10min," but never followed through.
He has since stopped responding and has changed his status to "last seen a long time ago," a classic move to avoid accountability after blocking the victim.
I have myself tried to talk With the scammer without answer. DONT TRUST THIS GUY

Victim has staked 2400$ in a scammers game
Once the match was lost and the money disappeared:
The victim confronts the scammer at 00:20, reminding them of the "100% guarantee."
The scammer has gone completely silent (Ghosting). They have no intention of explaining the loss or refunding the money because the "fixed match" was a lie from the start.
