We are halfway to our goal for the next 40 acres. Huge rally, thank you. The deadline is tomorrow. We may be able to get a grace period if we are close. If not we will use what we have to pay the penalty for not fulfilling the contract and focus on the 53 we have acquired. The land owner is a great guy and has fairly worked with us along the way.
One reason the back 40 is so important is to keep from having a right of way thru the 53 we currently have if it sells to someone else. If we don’t hit the goal we won’t own the road in but will have a right of way.
Once over this hurtle the rest will be a lot easier because the remaining acreage is on the road and wouldn’t affect us if we can’t acquire it.
Either way, the rally has been very strong and regardless of what what happens we will continue to deliver on the festivals, the beef, the events, and building long term infrastructure that will improve your experience. If you havnt donated todays a great day. Every bit helps. Thank you!
