Furthermore, ANY suggestion that you shall not permit entry (or only offer custom while a person sits in their car) to any person who cannot wear a face covering in your store is illegal under the Equal Status Acts, which outlaws discrimination on the basis of the 9 protected grounds including disability. Many people cannot wear a face covering as it causes them severe distress and severe distress is an exemption under the statutory instrument that mandates the wearing of face coverings in stores, and severe distress is also a disability - meaning that any refusal to allow entry into your store to a customer suffering from a disability which prevents them from wearing a face covering is ILLEGAL. Let me say it again in case you have not understood it correctly. IT IS ILLEGAL. Furthermore, and as stated at the beginning of this post, you have NO authority under the law to request proof from any person to disclose their disability. I am becoming very tired of seeing posts such as the one your store has published and I will not stand for it. I have the knowledge and means to pursue you legally for any discrimination and I also have the determination to do it, so my advice would be to post a retraction and an apology, if this is not done inside the next 24 hours I will make a video about your store advising as to the illegality of your behavior and then I shall consider organizing a protest outside your store, with placards that read "Centra Quarrypark discriminate against the disabled"
