They're shutting down all scientists and doctors who are not 100% proponents of permanent shutdown. This is the same thing that they did with all of the climate scientists who have shown through research that humans are not causing the warming we have experienced. Dissent in academia is not allowed.

Viruses aren't alive. They are biochemical parasites (essentially natural genetic "machines") that use the genetic replication "program" of a cell to fool the cell into using it's own replication process to replicate the virus. The damage occurs when the cell ruptures releasing the replicated genetic "code". HIV is a virus. And it was communicable intravenously, for sure, but also by sex. There was a myth in Africa that having sex with a virgin would cure AIDS in men. Woopsie!
