finding suitable journal to publish a ready research
we propose the following online tool:
https://jane.biosemantics.org/
Have you recently written a paper, but you're not sure to which journal you should submit it? Or maybe you want to find relevant articles to cite in your paper? Or are you an editor, and do you need to find reviewers for a particular paper? Jane can help!
Just enter the noscript and/or abstract of the paper in the box, and click on 'Find journals', 'Find authors' or 'Find Articles'. Jane will then compare your document to millions of documents in PubMed to find the best matching journals, authors or articles.

All biology is computational biology
Here, I argue that computational thinking and techniques are so central to the quest of understanding life that today all biology is computational biology. Computational biology brings order into our understanding of life, it makes biological concepts rigorous…

👨⚕️ Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Oncology
Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been advancing rapidly in recent years and is being implemented in society. The medical field is no exception, and the clinical implementation of AI-equipped medical devices is steadily progressing. In particular, AI is expected to play an important role in realizing the current global trend of precision medicine. In this review, the authors introduce the history of AI as well as the state of the art of medical AI, focusing on the field of oncology. They also describe the current status of the use of AI for drug discovery in the oncology field. Furthermore, while AI has great potential, there are still many issues that need to be resolved; therefore, they would provide details on current medical AI problems and potential solutions.

Sequencing in the palm of your hand is now a reality. Oxford Nanopore’s MinION is a handheld sequencer that has been used “in the field” to sequence genomic materials in Africa in the middle of the Ebola outbreak, in South America during the Zika outbreak, and even on the International Space Station. But even as the sequencers are spitting out reads, that’s not solving the analysis problem.
iGenomics can do that for you.
iGenomics is free on Apple's App Store (https://apple.co/2HCplzr)
and is available open source here (https://github.com/stuckinaboot/iGenomics)

🌊 Introduction and Application of Trannoscriptome Sequencing
By definition, a trannoscriptome is the entire collection of messenger Ribonucleic Acid molecules contained in a specific cell or tissue type in an organism. It correlates with the range of RNA being transcribed from a genome under investigation at a given time and condition.
The RNA Molecules involved here are messenger RNA, ribosomal RNA, transfer RNA, and the non-coding RNA molecules. Trannoscriptome sequencing is also called RNA Sequence Technologies. It is the process of sequencing the cDNA of a cell or tissue to collect information about the total RNA content in a sample at a certain condition and time.

🧪 Software packeges for Chemical graph creation
Chemical graph generators are software packages to generate computer representations of chemical structures adhering to certain boundary conditions. Their development is a research topic of cheminformatics. Chemical graph generators are used in areas such as virtual library generation in drug design, in molecular design with specified properties, called inverse QSAR/QSPR, as well as in organic synthesis design, retrosynthesis or in systems for computer-assisted structure elucidation (CASE). CASE systems again have regained interest for the structure elucidation of unknowns in computational metabolomics, a current area of computational biology.
