Why 90% of Traders Lose ?

*️⃣Risk management is the most important in this game because it keeps you alive, keeps your account fresh during bad market conditions.

*️⃣Learn risk management first to understand how to protect your capital first of all and then learn a strategy.

*️⃣Buying signals and expecting overnight succes could be bad for your trading journey, don't expect anything from anybody and start to be your signal generator.

*️⃣Trading business its not getting rich overnight, its getting rich for sure on a long term basis. Don't expect succes overnight.

Crypto Terms: POW

Proof of Work (PoW) is a consensus mechanism used in blockchain networks to validate and confirm transactions.

In a PoW system, miners compete to solve complex mathematical puzzles, with the first miner to find the solution being rewarded with newly minted cryptocurrency and transaction fees. This process requires significant computational power, making it costly and time-consuming.

However, it ensures network security and prevents double-spending. Bitcoin, the first cryptocurrency, uses PoW as its consensus mechanism.
Bitcoin miners sold over 30,000 BTC (~$2bn) in June, marking a record high for the year:

Miner inventories fell to their lowest levels in 14 years
Latest halving decreased profits, triggering a sell-off

Understanding Web Wallets

Web wallets offer the convenience of accessing your cryptocurrency funds from anywhere, at any time, through a web browser. They store your private keys on a remote server, allowing you to manage your funds online. However, this convenience comes with a risk of hacking or unauthorized access. To mitigate this risk, choose a reputable web wallet provider with robust security measures like two-factor authentication and encryption.

Here's an example: Let's say you create an account with a web wallet provider and deposit 1 Bitcoin (BTC). You can then use your username and password to log in and access your account balance, send and receive BTC, and perform other wallet functions. When you send BTC from your web wallet, the transaction is signed with your private key and broadcast to the blockchain network for validation. Once confirmed, the recipient receives the funds in their wallet.

Remember to only keep manageable amounts of cryptocurrency in a web wallet and prefer to store larger amounts in more secure offline wallets. Stay safe and secure in the world of cryptocurrency!

Mastering the Bear Trap Strategy:

- Bear Trap: A deceptive signal where the price appears to break down only to reverse sharply, indicating bullish potential.

- Breakout and Retest: Look for false breakouts with immediate reversals. These can serve as great entry points.

- Hammer Candlestick: Acts as a bullish confirmation after the price retests the breakout zone. This is a strong buy signal....

- Fibonacci Level: Use Fibonacci retracement tools to find strategic entry points during the retest phase.

Understanding bear traps helps avoid costly mistakes and capitalizes on sudden market reversals

Understanding Trading Fees

When buying or selling cryptocurrencies on an exchange, a small fee is charged to facilitate the trade. This trading fee, usually a percentage of the trade value, is an essential revenue stream for exchanges.

Let's break it down with an example. Suppose you want to buy 1 Bitcoin (BTC) on an exchange with a 0.5% trading fee. If the current price of BTC is $10,000, you'll need to pay $10,000 for the BTC plus $50 for the fee (0.5% of $10,000), totaling $10,050.

Trading fees are crucial because they:

- Enable exchanges to operate and maintain their platforms
- Cover costs such as security, customer support, and infrastructure
- Encourage responsible trading practices
- Help prevent market manipulation and abuse
Bitcoin was 40 years in the making.

Digital money is not a new concept nor it was conceived for the first time with Bitcoin.

There were other digital monies before, Bitcoin is just the one that succeeded.
