Our relationship with Bit2Me continues to be good, they are the custodian of the B3X held by their users and the tokens they hold for their EARN program.
➡️ APP ERRORS
We apologize for the recent increase in crypto purchase failures within the app. We're investigating and utilizing all available resources to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
➡️ CRYPTO OPERATIONAL LIMITS
The crypto operating limits currently in force are authorized by SEPBLAC as an anti-fraud measure. In principle, there is no intention to extend them as they do not interfere with the normal operations that users of our app usually perform.
➡️ B3X TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER WALLET
At the moment, Onyze only allows you to transfer Bitcoin and Ethereum to another wallet. They are still working on opening up the process for other cryptocurrencies and B3X. We expect it could be available early next year, but we will keep you confirmed.

➡️ CAMBIO DE CONTROL
El proceso con el Banco de España continúa y seguimos aportando la documentación que nos solicitan. Importante tener en cuenta, que una vez aprobado el proceso, el cambio de control no es inminente y aún se tendrán que seguir trabajando en varios documentos para finalizar la operación de compra al 100%.
➡️ RESULTADOS DE BNEXT
El equipo sigue trabajando duro cada día en ser una empresa financieramente sostenible. En lo que va de año (hasta mayo) hemos ingresado cerca de 8M€, tenemos un run rate de 17M€ y esperamos terminar el año con unos ingresos de 24M$ (21M€). Con estas cifras estaríamos en el doble de ingresos que el año pasado.
Esto quiere decir que una vez se complete el proceso de compra por Ouro, podremos usar esos recursos de Ouro para mejorar el producto, crecer el equipo, hacer más marketing…

Dentro de Correos trabajamos en dos programas distintos, por un lado la Tarjeta Correos Prepago Mastercard y por otro, en otros programas de Ayudas Sociales como el Bono Cultural Joven del Ministerio de Cultura.
Esto hace que la empresa sea totalmente rentable con cerca de 700K clientes entre los programas de Bnext y Correos.

Ouro tiene dos productos dirigidos al consumidor, X World Wallet y Netspend. Netspend es el producto que se ha utilizado finalmente en EE.UU. alcanzando diversos patrocinios.
Tras analizarlo en profundidad, se ha decidido lanzar en España primero el producto de Netspend, ya que es mucho más grande y más parecido al producto Bnext pero con la particularidad de que la tarjeta prepago se comercializará en tiendas físicas
Empezaremos con España para después expandirnos por diferentes países de Europa. Ya estamos trabajando en ello y se ha incorporado al equipo una persona con mucha experiencia en este tipo de programas para montar estos programas. Todo ello, supeditado en su caso, a cuantos trámites regulatorios haya que cumplimentar con carácter previo.

Se está evaluando la posibilidad de migrar los usuarios de Bnext a la plataforma donde el objetivo del token será dar utilidad a la base de clientes.
➡️ NUEVOS EXCHANGES
Queremos lanzar el token en más exchanges, pero tras el lanzamiento en Bitmart, que no ha funcionado como esperábamos, vamos a esperar a formar parte del grupo Ouro para poder hablar con exchanges más grandes.

After analyzing, it has been decided to launch the Netspend product in Spain first, as it is much larger and more similar to the Bnext product but with the particularity that the prepaid card will be marketed in physical stores.
We will start with Spain and then expand to different countries in Europe. We are already working on it and a person with a lot of experience in this type of programs has joined the team to set up these programs. All of this, subject, if necessary, to any regulatory procedures that need to be completed beforehand.
