Today is going to be HUGE if overturned!

Good luck to everyone in the US today I will be preying hard for you. Last night I had to Quickly educate myself on the West Virginia vs EPA case. Reading through articles and comments and how this could effect ALL 3 letter Agencies.

-The Supreme Court today is expected to hand down its biggest climate ruling since Massachusetts v. EPA. In their forthcoming decision in West Virginia v. EPA, the justices could affirm broad agency authority to regulate planet-warming emissions from power plants. Or they could cut back on the scope of rulemaking power at EPA — and possibly all federal agencies.

-The EPA was put in under Obama.

-This agency EPA was formed by executive power not following how laws are supposed to be written or enforced. If the SUPREME COURT over throws it then it sets the stage for all these agencies formed the same way and their over reaching rules to be stopped! So think FBI, CDC, FDA,IRS etc…
The Supreme Court ruling on West Virginia v. EPA could upend ALL federal agencies.

We are witnessing devolution in the SUPREME COURT.
