🇳🇴 Statistics Norway (SSB) (the state-owned entity responsible for collecting, producing and communicating statistics related to the economy, population and society at national, regional and local levels) is stepping up tracking & surveillance on Norway’s citizens.
This is not a anonymous reporting system for products sold, that data is already easily accessible. This is about building algorithms based on behavioural trends and learning how tertiary matters affect & effect things.
Like a Canadian’s SIN number, everything about an individual living in Norway is linked to their fødselnummer (birth number), SSB already knows where you live, what you earn and what's on your criminal record.

However, according to a report by NRK, they now want to know where and when citizens shop, and what exactly they buy.

According to the military expert of the Austrian defense establishment, Colonel Markus Reisner, the most valuable routes for delivering weapons to Ukraine are already controlled by the Russian Army, railways are damaged, and trucks with weapons are under fire from the Russian military. That is why military equipment is either impossible to deliver, or they are trying to deliver in small batches.

White-tailed deer in Canada likely infected a human with a new strain of coronavirus, according to new research.
A team of 32 government and academic researchers in Canada has concluded in a new work posted in BioRxiv that in late 2021, more than a dozen white-tailed deer in Canada had been infected with coronavirus that had a constellation of “mutations that had not been previously observed among SARS-CoV-2 lineages.”
What’s more, further analysis revealed that a person who had close contact with white-tailed deer in Ontario was infected with the same variant of coronavirus. (It was detected as part of Canada’s standard genomic sampling of all COVID-19 cases in the area at the time.)
