These countries may choose to be more aligned towards Russia and Iran, considering that the only reason they were ever against Iran and Russia in the first place was because of U.S. pressure policy.

Iran is already currently in talks with Saudi Arabia and aims to open good relations with the country, so a shift in United States attitude towards the Saudis might push them even more into the Iran-Russia-China block.
