The above video of Justin Trudeau suddenly revoking the Emergencies Act only makes sense when paired with the necessary context of the below video of Chrystia Freeland saying that some of the tools used from the Emergencies Act were to be put permanently in place.
The freezing of finances was one of these, and it will be a devastating blow to political dissidents. I'm sure there are many other tyrannical policies that are now never going away.
