Shoppers may have their credit and debit cards declined from Monday
The new changes coming into force will see cards declined if someone can’t prove their identity.
What a coincidence just as the "non compulsory" digital identity scheme is being rolled out.
Only a tiny step more to digital ID. Dont believe it will just stay at being a code sent to you, like it says in the article.
