Apparently there was a 70 terabyte hack of all user posts, messages, addresses etc on Parler before it went down. This is the reason they have given up, perhaps?

Parler was using a free trial of the Okta software to verify (and probably store) all their user identity up until the service terminated the relationship yesterday. Unclear if Parler may still access the data for a relaunch.....
