On Wednesday at 9am, Britain First leader Paul Golding will be in court (via video link) battling with the Electoral Commission.
This is the culmination of nearly four years of legal wrangling, obstruction and sabotage by the supposedly neutral and impartial Electoral Commission.
Britain First applications to be re-registered as a political party have been rejected eight separate times on the flimsiest of grounds.
Hopefully, Wednesday we will reach the conclusion of this long legal battle.
