For those advising Paul to sue the police for harassment and damages, the problem we have is that that the courts are now so corrupt.
In a "normal" legal system, Paul would look to sue them for all of the persecution.
But the way things are at present, he would most probably lose by default due to the left-wing bias of the judges. OCS 💪
