Still waiting for the trial to begin. There’s multiple trials taking place in Ballymena court today.
We’re hoping this matter is dealt with today and the judge doesn’t adjourn to deliver the verdict at a later date.
UPDATE FROM COURT
In a strange turn of events, the case has been changed from a conventional trial to a paper contest and the judge will give his decision on Thursday 6th of June. A huge anti-climax in a way, but this means now that all parties to this case will have to give detailed legal arguments via documents rather than it being a normal courtroom drama. This was completely unexpected! Our hope was that this sordid affair would be wrapped up today, one way or another. At least Paul is still a free man. Paul will release a video update shortly.....OCS
