BALLYMENA APPEAL UPDATE
Today was a deliberate and calculated stitch-up.
The judge left it to the very last minute and then declared that she was a very knowledgeable historian of the Holocaust, so she had to resign as the judge on the case.
She could have done this month’s ago, but she left it to the last minute to cause a long postponement knowing Christmas was around the corner.
At this late stage, there’s nothing we could do and we had to accept that this would kick the case into the long grass until next year.
A leaflet distributed in a small town in Ulster has nothing to do with the Holocaust in any case, and one has no bearing on the other, but the judge used this crock of nonsense to postpone the case.
This case had ALREADY been postponed unnecessarily for three months, so this was the ONLY way it could be postponed any further.
This bullshit confirms that the establishment is TERRIFIED of our movement and our potential.
