UPDATE! The appeal judge has upheld the hate speech conviction, but REMOVED the suspended prison sentence imposed on Paul! So a victory and a defeat. But Paul is now free to be politically active in Ulster again without a suspended sentence hanging over his head. Video update coming shortly......
