Today, we remember one of the most decisive and important battles in British history that took place at Drogheda in Ireland in 1690.
King William of Orange defeated his enemies and ensured Britain would not come under the thumb of Europe.
This battle guaranteed our independence and sovereignty and we rose to be the greatest country in the world.
For unionists and loyalists, the 12th July celebrations are a celebration of British freedom and independence.
God Save the Queen, no surrender!
