關於關閉微比特交易平台的公告

9月4日，中國人民銀行等七部委聯合發布了《關於防范代幣發行融資風險的公告》，微比特（www.viabtc.com）作為一家負責任的比特幣交易平台，認真學習了公告精神。為了徹底貫徹行業自律，積極響應七部委文件的號召，我們決定在9月30日正式關閉微比特交易平台，在此之前完成所有用戶存留資金和“數字貨幣”的提現。微比特礦池（pool.viabtc.com）及雲合約業務不受影響。
具體安排如下：
1、9月25日：停止註冊、資產充值及所有交易對的交易
2、9月30日：網站停止服務
請所有微比特交易平台用戶在9月30日之前完成賬戶存留資金（包括人民幣和“數字貨幣”）的提現，9月30日之後微比特交易平台網站（www.viabtc.com）將正式關閉，不再提供中國地區服務。

BTCUSD 4000USD除了是重要技術關口，也是重要的心理關口。除了基本的技術分析如三角突破作為參考外，也要注要很大可能突然的市況反轉。現階段不宜開倉槓桿交易，短線投機也應觀望，待完整突破後(15分鐘、30分鐘、1小時級別)方進行操作，注意風險管理，調整倉位大小，免得再次成為大戶點心。
對長線投資者和比特幣信仰者，由於全球市場預期比特幣年底前可以再上5000USD或更高水平，現時買入預期可達25%或更高利潤；對比特幣信仰者而言，4000USD的幣價亦屬低位，可以直接買入。故此—旦成功突破4000USD關口，4000USD這個支撐位支持力也會非常強靭。
巨大阻力位前會多次反彈，建議於3800-4000USD水平買入倉位比例60%-80%的比特幣，按各人風險承受能力調整比例。
BTCUSD is hitting 4000USD again. It is an important resistant level in both Technical Ananlysis and psychological aspect. It is a THOUSANDS level resistance that we cannot only rely on TA, because a chance of sudden REVERSE cannot be ignored. Considering these condition, margin trading is not recommended, as long as short term speculation. We should wait until the price breaks the resistance completely(15min,30min,1hr level) to start trading. Well manage the risk by adjusting the size of position. Again, be careful of BULLTRAP.
For long term investors and Bitcoin-believers, majority expected that bitcoin can hit 5000USD or higher by the end of 2017. It is clear that there could be at least 25% profit if it is expected to be true. Thus, long term investors and Bitcoin-believers should buy in without any hestitation at 4000USD or below. We could assume that 4000USD will a strong support level if it is broken and jump up to next level.
A sight correct could be expected in front of a strong resistance level, it is suggested to buy in at 3800-4000USD for 60%-80% of your bitcoin budget, depending on personal risk tolerance and FAITH.
