DIPs on SIMMs

I bought some rocks on eBay!
I'm very much interested in mineral hunting and minerals. But I made a rule for myself to not buy them on eBay or such, as this would quickly turn into a huge money drain for me and my place would overflow with them in no time. I made an exception however. I wanted two pretty examples of Galena and Pyrite. Now, the Galena is part of the conglomeration of other minerals on the rock to the left. Not particularly well suited for what I want to do, but it's pretty!

My scope has a bulilt in parts tester. Very simple, but handy. Can also use it to look at diode junctions.
Can you guess where this is going?
