Some Difficult Lesson You Need to Learn

1. Do not depend on someone so much since even our own shadow leaves us in the dark.

2. You cannot understand everything immediately, sometimes you need to wait.

3. There will be time when you won't be invited, included, or considered and that's just a way for you to look out for yourself.

4. When things are going against you, remember that airplane takes off against the wind.

5. The difference between being direct and blunt is the tone. You can be honest in a polite manner or in a rude way.

6. The best way to respond to someone who does not value or understand your words is by being silent.

7. You can be friends with someone for years to only realize that it was never friendship in the first place.

10 THINGS TIME HAS TAUGHT ME

1. Most of our life is spent chasing false goals and worshipping false ideals. The day you realise that is the day you really start to live.

2. You really, truly cannot please all of the people all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second, everyone else is busy pleasing themselves anyway, trust me.

3. Fighting the ageing process is like trying to catch the wind. Go with it, enjoy it. Your body is changing, but it always has been. Don’t waste time trying to reverse that, instead change your mindset to see the beauty in the new.

4. Nobody is perfect and nobody is truly happy with their lot. When that sinks in you are free of comparison and free of judgement. It’s truly liberating.

5. No one really sees what you do right, everyone sees what you do wrong. When that becomes clear to you, you will start doing things for the right reason and you will start having so much more fun.

6. You will regret the years you spent berating your looks, the sooner you can make peace with the vessel your soul lives in, the better. Your body is amazing and important but it does not define you.

7. Your health is obviously important but stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medicine.

8. Who will remember you and for what, become important factors as you age. Your love and your wisdom will live on far longer than any material thing you can pass down. Tell your stories, they can travel farther than you can imagine.

9. We are not here for long but if you are living against the wind it can feel like a life-sentence. Life should not feel like a chore, it should feel like an adventure.

10. Always, always, drink the good champagne and use the things you keep for ‘best’. Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. Today is a gift that’s why we call it the present. Eat, Drink & Be Merry.
Human beings are of four types:

1. A man who knows, and knows that he knows. This is the scholar, so take and patiently learn from him.

2. A man who knows, but does not know that he knows. This one has forgotten, so quietly remind him.

3. A man who does not know, and knows that he does not know. This one is a student, so teach him continuously because he will be a great scholar one day.

4. A man who does not know, and does not know that he does not know and isn’t even interested in knowing. This one is an idiot, so reject him".
FACTS U DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT TOO MUCH

1. If you speak too much, you will lie.

2. If you think too much, you will be depressed.

3. If you cry too much, you will lose your sight.

4. If you love too much, you will be lost.

5. If you care too much, you will be taken for granted.

6. If you play too much, you will not be taken serious often.

7. If you trust too much, you will be betrayed.

8. If you drink too much, you will die of hungover.

9. If you eat too much, you will be obessed

10. If you sleep too much, you will be idle.

11. If you spend too much, you will have no future.

12. If you wear make up too much, you will lose your beauty.

13. If you look too much, you will lose your focus.

14. If you pursue life too much, you will lose everything.

And lastly...

15. If you expect too much, you will be disappointed. Don't be too much because that too much can hurt you so much.

How to search for new airdrops? 💵

Today we decided to do a more professional post that not everyone can understand. But we tried to keep it as simple as possible. Learn, apply and make money!

➡️ A couple of weeks ago a medium-styled drophunter (a person who deals with airdrop) took about $3,000-4,000 from an Arbitrum drop. The story instantly went viral on the internet, and interest in the topic of airdrop has multiplied. The big question: how do you find new drops?

The first solution is to track the activities of drop hunters.
These are people and teams who are constantly searching for new drops, participating in all sorts of activities and getting tokens for it.

Any crypto is based on a blockchain, and all transactions recorded in it can be tracked. Below are a few cryptocurrency wallets associated with drop hunters. You can use them to track the activities that the experienced guys are involved in.

➡️ Drophunters crypto wallets:

1️⃣0x6f9bb7e454f5b3eb2310343f0e99269dc2bb8a1d

2️⃣0x11B1785D9Ac81480c03210e89F1508c8c115888E

3️⃣0x70e7a6621f4cb3c3e073d0539899f49fc88424c0

4️⃣0x78Ebe56BC138069557C89af35EB29023fF31Ae2c

5️⃣0x000f4432a40560bbff1b581a8b7aded8dab80026

6️⃣0xd56EE5Ba5A52e15f309108BDd6247C69B4F624C2

What to do with all this? Track transactions and study the smart contracts the wallets interact with. Based on that, you can figure out what drops they are involved in.

An example of a tracking service is Etherscan and BscScan.

For example, if wallets connect to StarkNet and use certain swappers (swap tokens), that's a signal for action.

↪️ Another important indicator is the interaction with contracts without tokens. This is a harbinger of drop. If you find such activity, dig further and try to replicate the actions of the drop hunter's wallet.

Top 5 Lessons learned from book -" BELIEVE YOU CAN "

1. If Youre Not You, Then Who Are You Going to Be?

Be yourself. Think about it: Arent most of the discontented people you know trying to be someone they arent or trying to do something theyre not supposed to do? A Congolese proverb asserts, Wood may remain ten years in the water, but it will never become a crocodile. Nobody is as disappointed and unhappy as the person who spends her life longing to be somebody else.

2. Dont Build a Case Against Yourself

Stewart Johnson commented, Our business in life is not to get ahead of others, but to get ahead of ourselvesto break our own records, to outstrip our yesterday by our today, to do our work with more force than ever before. Stop looking only at where you are and start looking at what you can be. If you doubt yourself, listen to Alexandre Dumas: A person who doubts himself is like a man who enlists in the ranks of his enemy and bears arms against himself. Tim Redmond cautions, Dont commit treason against your own life and purpose.

3. Thomas Edison Was Afraid of the Dark

Yes! Edison was afraid of the darkyet he overcame that obstacle in a big way and invented the light bulb. The door to opportunity swings on the hinges of adversity. Problems are the price of progress. The obstacles of life are intended to make us better, not bitter. Adversity has advantages. Dont let your problems take the leadyou take it. The difficulty you face is simply an opportunity for you to do your best.

4. You Can Only Live Today

Seize the moment! Opportunities are constantly either coming to you or by you. Today was once the future from which you expected so much in the past. Horatio Dresser said, The ideal never comes. Today is ideal for him who makes it so. Live for today. Dont let what you have within your grasp today be lost entirely because the future intrigues you and the past disheartens you.

5. Be a Little Kinder Than You Have to Be

Serving others is one of lifes most awesome privileges. Hunt for the good points in people. Remember, they have to do the same in your case. Then do something to help them. If you want to get ahead, be a bridge instead of a wall. Love others more than they deserve. Albert Schweitzer said, The only ones among you who will really be happy are those who have sought and found how to serve. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin commented, The most satisfying thing in life is to have been able to give a large part of oneself to others.

My REALIZATIONS about GETTING STARTED.

1) You only need ONE thing to get started. One smile can start a friendship. One hand can lift a soul. One candle can wipe out darkness. One word, one child, one teacher, one pen and one book can change the world. Be that ONE.

2) You don’t have to be smarter than the rest. You just need to be more disciplined than the rest and get started.

3) Conquer yourself. Your success or failure in life or at work isn’t about other people. It’s your procrastination and excuses. Success happens when you grow yourself, not outgrow others. Winners focus on winning. Losers focus on winners.

4) Nothing changes if nothing changes. When you change how you see things, both you and the things you see change. You see the world what you carry in your heart.

5) Every teacher once was a student. Every winner once was a loser. Every expert once was a beginner. Small steps taken every day leads you to your success.

6) Perseverance is the multiplier of Talent and Potential. Success is not about who has more talent, but who is hungrier. A river cuts through a rock not because of its power, but its persistence. You can do anything you set your mind to, but it takes action, persistence, and the courage to face your fears.

7) Stress comes from ignoring things that you should not be ignoring. Break down the task and start small. A journey of 1000 miles start with one step. Don't wait to be in the mood to do a certain task. Motivation follows action. Get started, and you'll find your motivation will follows. Don't worry about the darkness when you take that first step, for that is when the stars shine brightest.

8)You can become a person of value in a matter of months. Every mountain top is within your reach if you keep climbing. If you aren’t winning, you must be learning.

9) Once you start, no matter how long you have travelled in the wrong direction, you can always turn around. When you can’t change a situation, change yourself. Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.

10) Risk is better than regret. Take that first step. The biggest risk is not getting started. If you want something you’ve never had, then you must do something you’ve never done.

Don’t procrastinate. Take that first step.

5 Lessons From Richer, Wiser, Happier By William Green

1. COPY THE BEST IDEAS

A wise man ought always to follow the paths beaten by great men, and to imitate those who have been supreme, so that if his ability does not equal theirs, at least it will savor of it.
—Niccolò Machiavelli

2. READ

When Pabrai discovers a subject that fascinates him, he attacks it with obsessive fervor. In Buffett’s case, the available resources seemed limitless, including decades of letters to Berkshire’s shareholders and seminal books such as Roger Lowenstein’s Buffett: The Making of an American Capitalist. Pabrai devoured it all. He also began to make a pilgrimage each year to Omaha for Berkshire’s annual meeting, showing up without fail for more than twenty years.

Eventually, Pabrai would develop a personal relationship with Buffett. Through Buffett, he’d also become friends with Munger, who invites him for meals at his home in Los Angeles and games of bridge at his club. But in those early days, Pabrai’s knowledge came entirely from reading. And the more he read, the more convinced he became that Buffett, with Munger’s help, had laid out “the laws of investing,” which are as “fundamental as the laws of physics.”

3. PATIENCE

“The number one skill in investing is patience—extreme patience.” Prabai

4. SAY NO TO MANY THINGS, AND SAY YES TO A FEW THAT YOU CAN TRULY SUCCEED IN

“The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything.” Warren Buffett. Pabrai once said “On my gravestone, I want them to write, ‘He loved to play games, especially games he knew he could win.’

5. BE DIFFERENT

It is impossible to produce superior performance unless you do something different from the majority.

Farming Risks 😯

You put a lot of reactions to the first post on farming. Therefore, we continue. And today we're talking about the risks of farming.

It's important to understand two things:

➡️ First, as the volume of the liquidity pool grows, your APR will fall, and you will earn less. Your return is NOT FIXED at the value at which you entered the pool.

APR - Annual Percentage Returns.

↪️ Second, no one is immune to Impermanent Loss. At the moment you put tokens into the pool, they have a certain market value. Like any other asset, tokens have volatility, which means that their price can fall as well as rise. This is the main pitfall of farming.

Impermanent Loss
occurs when the price of a token increases or decreases after you deposit them in the liquidity pool. A change in price is considered a loss when the dollar value of your token at the time of withdrawal becomes less than its amount at the time of deposit. This is easier to understand with the example below.

➡️ For example, you enter tokens in the ETH - GAL pool. The prices at which you entered: ETH = $1,800 (2 tokens) and GAL = $1.8 (2,000 tokens). The total amount of your investment is $7,200. After 3 months, you decided to withdraw all your tokens from the pool, but their prices have already changed: ETH = $1,600 and GAL = $1.9. You get the following: (2 * 1600$) + (1,9 * 2000) = 7000$. Thus, your Impermanent Loss will be: 7200$-7000$ = 200$.

To avoid such situations, the best solution is Farming Stablecoins. For example, USDC to BUSD. As you already know, the rate of most steibles is tied to the price of the dollar. That way, your Impermanent Losses are minimized. However, with more security, you sacrifice less APR.

➡️ It is also possible to farm a token paired with a Stablecoin. This reduces possible non-permanent losses for at least one token. For example, ETH to USDC.

Bonus #3
"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.'" - Mary Anne Radmacher

We get to choose when to roar and when to try again. We can be both. We should be flexible in our thinking, and keep our goals in mind.

"Success is not about being perfect, it's about being nimble and making adjustments along the way." - Bozoma Saint John

If you’d like to be more courageous, try doing something that scares you each day. Make that phone call, ask that person out, go to that meeting, and go outside of your comfort zone. Grow your comfort zone as big as you can each day.

Shine brightly! Remember, when people say “no” to you, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it, it just means you can’t do it with them and there is plenty of fish in the sea, plenty of people who will say "yes", so keep smiling, keep shining, and keep trying! 🌟

Have a super powerful day!❤️

How does staking work? 🤑

This is not the easiest topic in the crypto market, but we advise to understand it (at least for general understanding)!

➡️ For many cryptans, staking is a way to earn rewards by holding certain cryptocurrencies. But even if you just want to earn rewards for staking without diving into the technicalities, you need to understand at least a little bit about how it works.

↪️ How does staking work?
If a token, from your portfolio, has a stacking feature in its functionality, it means that you can stack/lock it in a contract and get reward/return for it during the "lock-in" time.
The reason your staked token earns a reward is because the blockchain makes it "work," meaning your crypto, becomes part of a larger process. Something similar to your fiat money on deposit in a bank.

➡️ Ways of staking

1️⃣ Staking with Voting in DAO
For example, on Uniswap. Let's start with the simplest one - UNI. Staking on Uniswap, which allows you to get voting rights in DAO. In other words, by staking UNI you can vote for/against different proposals in the DAO.

2️⃣ Revenue Sharing
Next, let's look at a bit more complicated types of staking. Revenue Sharing is a mechanism in which a portion of revenue from an activity or product (such as commissions received from users) is distributed among network participants based on their contribution to that activity. The best example is GMX. This protocol provides an opportunity to stake a native GMX token, and get rewarded for it.

3️⃣ Launchpool
Let's take Binance Launchpool as an example, it is a staking program developed by Binance exchange. The program Launchpool gives the participants an opportunity of staking in several projects at the same time. Under this program, users can stake their tokens and receive rewards in new project tokens, which can then be sold on the Binance exchange or left as an investment.

❗️Conclusion
• The average staking yield depends on many factors, such as the chosen protocol, duration of staking, number of staked tokens, and can range from 0.1 to 100 or even more %. You can always see the returns for different blockchains on Staking Rewards.
• If you have been holding tokens on hold for a long time, then staking can be a profitable option for you, as it allows you to get additional yield from your tokens.
• The risks of staking can include loss of investment in the event of protocol failure or other technical issues. It is also worth considering that the cryptocurrency market can be very volatile, which can lead to significant changes in token prices.

10 LESSONS FROM THE POWER OF VISION BY MYLES MUNROE

1) Vision is the ability to see what is not yet. This means that we should not be limited by our current circumstances. We should always be looking to the future and imagining what is possible.

2) Vision is the key to success. Without vision, we will wander aimlessly through life and never achieve our full potential. But with vision, we can set goals and make plans to achieve them.

3) Vision is contagious. When we have a vision, it inspires others to have visions of their own. This can create a ripple effect that can change the world.

4) Vision is powerful. It can change the world. Think about the visions of Martin Luther King Jr. and Mahatma Gandhi. Their visions of a more just and equitable world inspired millions of people and helped to bring about real change.

5) Vision requires faith. We must believe that our vision is possible in order to achieve it. This does not mean that we have to have all the answers. But it does mean that we have to believe that we can find the answers.

6) Vision requires action. We must take steps every day to make our vision a reality. This does not mean that we have to do everything ourselves. But it does mean that we have to be willing to roll up our sleeves and get to work.

7) Vision requires perseverance. There will be setbacks along the way, but we must never give up on our vision. This is especially true when we are faced with challenges. But if we persevere, we will eventually achieve our goals.

8) Vision requires sacrifice. We may have to give up some things in order to achieve our vision, but it will be worth it in the end. This could mean giving up our time, our money, or even our relationships. But if we are willing to make these sacrifices, we will be one step closer to achieving our goals.

9) Vision requires a team. We cannotour vision alone. We need the support of others. This could mean finding a mentor, joining a support group, or simply surrounding ourselves with positive people who believe in us.

10) Vision requires a commitment to excellence. We must be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve our vision. This means giving our best effort every day and never giving up.
