7. You can’t learn to play soccer by reading the rulebook, you can’t learn to play the piano by studying sheets of music, and you can’t learn to cook by reading recipes. You have to take action. Be involved. Do the work.
8. The key to success is the ability to extract the lessons out of each of these experiences and to move on with that new knowledge.
9. Giving people facts and specific directions rather than allowing them to discover information on their own not only inhibits their natural experimentation, but dulls their curiosity.

Top 6 lessons learned from the book- DO IT TODAY
1. STOP LOOKING FOR SHORTCUT, AND DO THE WORK.
Building a business or career is hard. It requires you to do difficult, tedious, and unsatisfying tasks. If you want more clients or work, no one is going to hand it to you. You have to hustle. Do content marketing, one-on-one sales, network, or whatever method you use to grow your business.
And if you want to climb the corporate ladder, you have to form alliances, be strategic, outperform your targets, and be great at what you do.
Thats what you SHOULD do, right? Most of us already know these things. Or, you will find out about it. Theres no such thing as a secret to succeeding at work.
2. ELIMINATE. ELIMINATE. ELIMINATE
Elimination is a key strategy that I use for many aspects of my life. We accumulate so much unnecessary baggage throughout the years that we consistently need to eliminate. If you find yourself struggling to focus, try this strategy. Make your life so simple that its a breeze to live. And lets be honest here. Who wants to live a life thats impossible? Life is already hard enough. Dont make it harder.
3. WILLPOWER DOESNT WORK. SYSTEMS DO.
What you really need is a system for doing work. A lot of people shy away from routines, systems and frameworks because they want to have freedom. Im sorry to disappoint you: Freedom is your enemy. The fact is that, if you want to get things done, you need rules.
If you combine the right productivity tactics, you have a productivity system. The deadlines create urgency, accountability will create responsibility, working in intervals improves your focus, exercising will give you more energy, so does a healthy diet, and eliminating distractions will take away the temptations.
4. DISCONNECT FROM THE INTERNET.
And theres only one reason to do that: Too
much of anything is a bad thing. Even good
things. Too much exercise? You will get
overtrained.
Too much love? You will smother people. Too much work? You will burn out. Too much food? You will get fat. Too much water? You will die.
So why do you consume so much internet?
5. MANAGE YOUR ATTENTION
Focus determines the quality of your life. No
focus means no control of your attention.
And no control means frustration. We all know what frustration leads to. Start managing your attention. Not your time.
6. REST.
You recharge your phone when it runs out of
juice. You refill your gas tank when youre
running on empty. But sometimes, you
forget to do the same for your most
precious possession: Your body (and the
brain thats inside of it).

10 QUOTES FROM DR. JOE DISPENZA'S BOOK "BECOMING SUPERNATURAL: HOW COMMON PEOPLE ARE DOING THE UNCOMMON"
1. "The mind and body are intimately connected, and what we think and feel affects every cell in our body."
2. "The moment we start feeling better about ourselves, we start attracting better experiences into our lives."
3. "We all have the power to change our lives, but it starts with changing our thoughts."
4. "The thoughts we think send out a specific vibration to the universe."
5. "When we feel good, we are in alignment with the quantum field and are able to attract positive experiences into our life."
6. "To change is to think greater than your environment."
7. "As you begin to think and feel differently, your brain will begin to make new connections."
8. "The more you make your vision real in your mind, the more you will start to see it in the outer world."
9. "The more we can feel gratitude for what we already have, the more we open ourselves up to receive even more."
10."The quantum field responds not to what we want, but to who we are being."
Bonus #1
"The key to changing your life is to change your energy."
Bonus #2
"By changing our energy, we have the power to heal our body, manifest our dreams, and create a life beyond our wildest imagination."
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Everything is created twice, first in the mind, then in our physical reality.
Our thoughts and our feelings shape our life. When we take control of guiding our thoughts and feelings, we become a creator of our experiences.
One of the best exercises we can do is to start focusing on all the positives, anything we are grateful for. It shifts our energy and it literary shifts the quantum field around us in our favour.
When we feel grateful for our health, our healing begins.
When we start feeling abundant and worthy, we start generating wealth.
When we start feeling in power, we start generating success.
Any area of our life can start improving and blossoming when we tune in to the feeling of already having or being that success we desire, even if it doesn’t exist or exists in small quantities in our current reality.
"The universe only gives us what WE THINK is real." - Dr. Joe Dispenza
Affirm: “I AM THE MASTER OF MY THOUGHTS AND MY REALITY.”
Keep shining and keep smiling! 🌟✨✨
Have a super powerful day! 💖

𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟓 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 "𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐀𝐍"
1. If You're Not You, Then Who Are You Going to Be?
Be yourself. Think about it: Arent most of the discontented people you know trying to be someone they aren't or trying to do something they're not supposed to do? A Congolese proverb asserts that Wood may remain in the water for ten years, but it will never become a crocodile. Nobody is as disappointed and unhappy as the person who longs to be somebody else.
2. Dont Build a Case Against Yourself
Stewart Johnson commented, Our business in life is not to get ahead of others, but to get ahead of ourselves to break our own records, to outstrip our yesterday by our today, to do our work with more force than ever before. Stop looking only at where you are and start looking at what you can be. If you doubt yourself, listen to Alexandre Dumas: A person who doubts himself is like a man who enlists in his enemy's ranks and bears arms against himself. Tim Redmond cautions: Don't commit treason against your life and purpose.
3. Thomas Edison Was Afraid of the Dark
Yes! Edison was afraid of the dark, yet he overcame that obstacle in a big way and invented the light bulb. The door to opportunity swings on the hinges of adversity. Problems are the price of progress. The obstacles of life are intended to make us better, not bitter. Adversity has advantages. Don't let your problems take the lead. You take it. The difficulty you face is simply an opportunity to do your best.
4. You Can Only Live Today
Seize the moment! Opportunities are constantly either coming to you or by you. Today was once the future from which you expected so much in the past. Horatio Dresser said, The ideal never comes. Today is ideal for him, who makes it so. Live for today. Don't let what you have within your grasp today be lost entirely because the future intrigues you and the past disheartens you.
5. Be a Little Kinder Than You Have to Be
Serving others is one of life's most awesome privileges. Hunt for the good points in people. Remember, they have to do the same in your case. Then do something to help them. To get ahead, be a bridge instead of a wall. Love others more than they deserve. Albert Schweitzer said The only ones among you who will be happy are those who have sought and found how to serve. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin commented. The most satisfying thing in life is to have been able to give a large part of oneself to others.

10 Lessons from the book "Failing Forward" by John C. Maxwell:
1. The difference between average people and achieving people is their perception of and response to failure.
2. The successful person has a habit of doing the things failures don't like to do. They don't like doing them either necessarily. But their disliking is subordinated to the strength of their purpose.
3. Mistakes are painful when they happen, but years later, a collection of mistakes is what is called experience.
4. Success is not a destination, it's a process. It's not something you acquire, it's something you become.
5. If you're not failing, you're not growing.
6. Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.
7. The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.
8. The more you know yourself, the more clarity you have about where you want to go.
9. You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
10. Fear k!s dreams. Fear k! s hope. Fear puts people in the hospital. Fear can age you prematurely. Fear is the enemy of success.
