Negative thoughts destroy your body
Negative thoughts put your body in stress and can play a bad joke on you. Pessimists frequently have higher blood pressure, elevated levels of cholesterol in the blood, their heart aches more often.
If you are under stress:
1) Liver begins to process the stored glycine into glucose (fuel for the whole body). Completely useless work, if in fact there is nowhere to run and no one to beat.
2) Blood vessels reduce, which slowdowns food processing and urine production. This is good only when you really need to fight or run, not when you worry about something.
3) The spinal cord triggers an alarm signal, bringing all your internal organs on high alert to all the bad things that can happen. That means that body tuned more on negative than positive things.
4) Heartbeat quickens, blood pressure jumps up. Pro-inflammatory cytokines enter the bloodstream - molecules that provoke atherosclerosis. In simple words this causes sclerosis in long period - your memory won't be good.
So when you are in stress stop for a minute and remember what is happening in your body.

🇮🇩 Indonesia’s Berkah Digital And Alchemy Pay Secure License For Crypto Transactions
Berkah Digital, a fintech company based in Indonesia, and Alchemy Pay, a blockchain-based payments platform, have jointly obtained a license from the Indonesian government to operate in the country. This announcement was made in a recent press release from Alchemy Pay. The license enables the two companies to conduct digital payments in Indonesia, a market with a population of over 270 million people and a rapidly growing digital economy. According to the press release, the license will allow Berkah Digital and Alchemy Pay to “develop, distribute and operate digital payment services in compliance with Indonesian law.”. Berkah Digital, on the other hand, is a relatively new player in the fintech space but has already made significant inroads in Indonesia. The company’s mission is to empower micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects in crypto 🔠
The rumor that AI could dramatically change the market in all sectors has intensified thanks to the popularity of OpenAI and applications such as ChatGPT. This trend has also spread to the crypto industry, which has seen a surge in the price of tokens associated with AI projects.
➡️Alex Svanevik (CEO Nansen) believes that artificial intelligence will be integrated into cryptocurrency applications to significantly improve the user experience. He explained that cryptoprojects will start integrating AI technology similar to the way Bing (Microsoft's search engine) teamed up with ChatGPT.
➡️For his part, André Cronje (Fantom Funder) said on his Twitter that crypto and AI are incompatible:
"Blockchain = slow but transparent and secure. AI = fast bandwidth, opaque, black box. I need to make it clear that these two things are incompatible. Blockchains do not improve AI in the same way that AI does not improve blockchains."
With the rise in popularity of AI, you may have noticed such a curious thing. Projects that until recently were unaware of Artificial Intelligence technology have begun to dramatically "incorporate" it into their product. This raises a question: do they do it in order to get a buzz and attract more users OR is there something really revolutionary behind their AI developments?
➡️But if we abstract away from the vague prospects and look at the existing product, the situation is quite interesting. At the moment there are a lot of AI services that solve the problems of artists, designers, copywriters, etc. And this plays to the advantage for us cryptans as well. There are opportunities to:
- getting WL for art using a neural network;
- write articles about projects for Ambassador programs through GPT.
