Pada kenal gue engga nih? Tak kenal maka tak sayang kenalin gue DAPHNE MALVREN, panggil Daphne, Malv, atau Ren juga boleh asal bukan Dolphin soalnya gua bukan lumba lumba. Berawal iseng drop nama pertama kali tau tau gue kepilih, keren banget ga sih gue?

Tenang guys, gua disini ga sendiri kok alias CYS kali ini spesial banget karena berdua soalnya kalo sendiri namanya jomblo. Gue disini bareng temen gua langsung aja kita sambut BENJAMIN HOSEA! Berikan tepuk tangan yang meriah guys.

Waduh, abis disambut gini rasanya kaya guest star di acara TV nasional ya. This is BENJAMIN HOSEA speaking, though we can skip the formalities. Just call me Hosea; Benjamin if you’re my mom, and definitely not Horse unless you’re looking to start a fight. And here I am, finally making my appearance on this lovely CYS session bersama Daphne yang keren itu, and I still a little amazed that I somehow got picked. But if fate’s already put me here, I might as well make it worth your while.

Nah yang pertama gua nih dan gue pilih pertanyaan ini karena gua tertarik banget sama pertanyaan ini.

Pengen jawab jujur atau bohong nih? WKWKWK CANDA GUYSSS, awal mula gua kenal dunia rental sebenernya karena abang rp gua yang kebetulan cerita kalo dia juga talent terus gua mulai tertarik cari tau lebih dalam lagi dong terus gua nyemplung sendiri. Funfact, awal gua nyemplung langsung ke agency yang masih pake payment cnit terus gue bertahan 3 bulan lebih dan ngerasa ga worth it terus gue join hirtal agency pertama gua waktu itu reguler masih 5k/day dan perbedaan harga sama cnit tuh ngebuat gua mikir "uang asli sama cnit beda jauh banget dah, beli cilok aja kaga cukup" mana tau disini ada yang kayak gua dulu yang pernah join agency tapi payment nya cnit terus ngerasa rugi aja soalnya kalo di convert pun beda jauh banget, terus gue pas join dunia rental bener bener nyaritau sendiri dan abang rp gua kaga ngarahin yaaa soalnya dia cuma sempet cerita dan gua caritau semuanya sendiri makanya gua bisa kesasar agency pake metode cnit 😭😭😭 sebenernya awalnya gua bingung apalagi cara buat proftal dan segala macem tapi akhirnya gua juga ngerti, apalagi dulu gua bingung banget cara spm sampe sekarang spm ada yang sepanjang jalan tol WKWKWK.

Itu sih cerita singkat gua siapa tau ada yang sama kayak gua? Giliran Hosea nih, boleh berbagi pengalaman awalnya atau jangan jangan sempet sama? Waktu dan tempat dipersilahkan.

Damn, Dap, your experience could go on a CV. Gua sendiri tuh dulu masuk agc jalur ordal yang awal banget nih kenalnya gara-gara gua pernah ngerent sekali. Terus gua mikir, ‘If I actually become a talent, duitnya lumayan nih.’ Jadi gua belajar sedikit-sedikit, nyari trialan, but eventually malah drained sendiri dan gak jadi ngetalent. Fast forward a year later, gua ketemu temen gua yang talent, and that changed everything. Karena ada temennya dan ada yang mau ngajarin, gua jadi makin maju. it really started from pure curiosity and wanting to be taught by my friend. I’d ask about literally everything, and I felt like I was relying on them for a lot. So yeah, I can’t really say I’m self-taught, karena apa-apa gua tanyain, no shame at all. Dan syukurnya, that made the whole journey way less intimidating.

This one really caught my attention, I think everyone or at least almost every talent has felt this at some point. Spending hours talking, basically sharing little parts of your day with a person and without even realizing it, you start looking forward to the next time they book you. Wkwk, kangen is real, guys. I do get attached to every session I have, it’s about the moments we share and how could I not miss my adorable customers, kan?
