The most influential "ultraright" French channels were deleted a few months ago, in one night, 3 channels in one night. Now it has happened again with the banning of /CIG/ and Bellum Acta. But not for sharing terrorist content. Instead, it was for sharing a French related topic. Our theory is that, because of Islamic terrorism in France (Jihadis in France use telegram), the French government built infrastructure to coordinate bans on telegram. Moderation on telegram is slow, deliberate, and almost too specific. It does not mean that these glow-in-the-darks work with telegram but as bad actors they pick and choose who they report to telegram. In recent cases it has typically been bans over some content regarding France. It appears Gallia Daily escaped the purge because they are familiar with local laws and sought out an alternative means of sharing content directly illegal in France. The active danger of a government finding roundabout methods to directly ban and censor channels on this app was an unforeseen challenge.
It's just a theory. But it's pretty strange that these big channels have been banned, not for sharing terroristic and ISIS content. But so far, for sharing French related content. Consider the official reason for the ban being unrelated to the current issue.
The Hanau shooting gave them a pretext for removing rightwing outlets.
Leftist/govt bad actors, our opposition have a list of channels under their watch, they utilized the day of the Hanau shooting to censor(ban) a new wave of channels because of the convenience. They can say to the public or their handlers that they are successfully counter attacking against the ultra-rightwing in telegram. They are maintaining an image, because they just attacked relatively moderate channels with an influential presence instead radical ones making constant calls for violence, regardless of size. This was intentional because it severs to the alt-right to White Nationalist pipeline. Why bother with one end of the political spectrum when you can starve them off by targeting the feeders.
TIP : Be wary of happenings like Hanau, we are not saying it was a false flag (it doesn't need to be), but they will take advantage of these events in order to "inoculate" against further "rightwing threats". Along with further destabilization of the current multiracial societies. Is this the end of telegram as our Ethnonationalist bastion? Not immediately, no. But our days are numbered. Usually when these events happen on telegram there is a slew of mentions of this event from the system. And often a short media campaign. And finally, on the topic of doxxing there is a game of playing favorites. It is not uncommon to see public channels for the purpose of doxxing on telegram, plenty remain accessible for years.
