• Each Federal agency is tasked with setting up a "DOGE Team of at least four employees" within 30 days of today; each team "will typically include one DOGE Team Lead, one engineer, one human resources specialist, and one attorney"

• DOGE will immediately establish a government-wide "Software Modernization Initiative"

• DOGE will terminate on July 4, 2026
