Recently the Canadian government reached a landmark legal decision which said that the Crown cannot extinguish Aboriginal noscript, the legal framework that predates Canada. This is not mere virtue signalling over "social justice," but reveals a deep contradiction in the liberal legal order, one which could dissolve the sovereignty of the Canadian state altogether.
The Cowichan ruling does not need embellishment to be radical. It states plainly that Indigenous authority over parts of Canada predates the state, outlived every Crown action meant to replace it, and stands beyond the reach of Parliament. The logic of this decision is catastrophic: Canada does not possess sovereignty over all its territory, and applied consistently, one can see no reason why it would possess it over ANY territory.

NATO is a Cold War relic.
The United States should withdraw from NATO and use that money to defend our country, not socialist countries.
Today, I introduced HR 6508 to end our NATO membership.

🇹🇭🇰🇭⚡️- Cambodian soldiers firing multiple BM-21 rocket launchers toward Thai positions in Surin Province, Thailand.
🇹🇭 🇰🇭 An extremely detailed map of Thai and Cambodian military buildup along the Northern border of the two countries over the past year. Much of the Cambodian buildup occurred prior to July, and most of the Thai buildup has taken place since.
⛰️ "By and large, Thailand appears to have focused on building accessibility to more areas of the border, whereas Cambodia has fortified specific points, with fortifications around O'Smach and Chong Sangam specifically occurring without much contestation."
⚡️ "Overall, especially considering the scale of road-building through the forest, Thailand has expanded their presence more significantly (especially over the past 5 months) at the border. The most significant of these, from my view, is the plateau-edge between Phu Makhuea and Phlan Hin Paet Ko. In this area, it appears that Thai forces have cut off Cambodian supply to the top of the plateau, and largely taken over these positions."

This pledge was announced by the Romanian ministry of energy in its Energy Strategy 2025-2035. The document approved by the Romanian government views the energy security of the Republic of Moldova as "tied" to the energy security of Romania and Romania thus must be prepared to provide this energy to Moldova.
With increased Russian attacks on Ukrainian power stations, blackouts in across Ukrainian oblasts tend to have repercussions in Moldova as well as the power grids are connected, a legacy of the USSR.
One such blackout affected Moldova on December 8th. Moldovan authorities requested emergency power from Bucharest which sent it free of charge.
Moldova views interconnectivity with Romania as a vital step of its integration into the European Union and is currently building a 400 kV transmission line from the border city of Vulcănești to the capital, Chișinău. Vulcănești is already connected to the Romanian power grid via another transmission line to the town of Isaccea.
Another transmission line planned in the future will link the city of Bălți, Moldova's 2nd largest city, with Suceava in Romania. These overhead power lines will tie the power grids of Romania and Moldova and perhaps most importantly, remove Chișinău's dependence on the electric energy produced in Transnistrian power plants, which will give Moldova a lot of leverage in negotiations with the breakaway region for a peaceful settlement.
