The US ARMY has announced celebrations for the general public to partake in for the 250th Birthday of the US Armed Forces at the National Mall from June 7-14th; festivities to include the opening of a new Revolutionary War exhibit at the National Museum of the Army, free commemorative tattoos for veterans and servicemen, a National Fitness Competition with prize money to be awarded to the best civilian and soldier athletes, as well as a Revolutionary War battle re-enactment and a live 7-hour rock concert performed by Army soldiers.

A quickacting Myrtle Beach officer saves many lives after mass-shooter thug, Jerrius "Chuckie" Davis (18), walked up to a group of people hanging out on a sidewalk and opened fire at pointblank range. Davis squeezed off 4-shots, turning his back to flee like a coward as the officer, who just-so-happened to be leaving the store through the front door, opened fire and plugged the wannabe mass-killer 5 times in the back, dropping him instantly; Either someone in the crowd or Jerrius was able to squeeze off one more round into the crowd he sprinted towards as his corpse fell to the pavement; SLED has yet to determine where exactly that round was fired from.

A total of 11-bystanders were injured in the ordeal, including one crticial injury, though all have since recovered with the only fatality being Jerrius.

Jerrius' mother, Jaeishala Fox, as is to be expected, claimed that her son was a good boy who dindu nuffin. Jaeishala had provided her son with the firearm "for his protection", and pleaded that her son was a nice little kid who would never pull it out and fire on someone. As SC has permitless carry for 18+, he could legally carry.

Viral footage of a drunk middle-aged American tourist getting beaten up by a local after he smashed the windows out of a cannabis dispensary in Pattaya, Thailand; the tourist, who's identity has been withheld by the Thai government, reportedly was enraged that the headshop did not sell THC vape pens (which are unlawful for sale in Thailand, unlike plain flower and non-oil THC extracts), instead informing him that they dealt only in in regular flower and hash/extracts. Incensed, the man flew into a fury and was lead out of the shop by another English speaking tourist who happened to be there trying to diffuse the situation. Refusing to calm down, the tourist began hurling a stone through the front of the shop, allegedly trying to hit the clerk with it.
Angered, a local young man standing by proceeded to take the situation into his own hands; showing some Muay Thai training, he managed to lock the tourist in a clinch and deliver multiple knees to his ribs before police arrived. (5-27-25)
