To those who have served and to those families who have lost much, thank you. And I'm sorry.

With God's grace, you helped preserve our Nation for such a time as this. We'll pick up the mantle and with the LORD leading the charge, fight on to preserve America the Beautiful.

Testimony Tuesday

I love to hear testimonies from people that have experienced a phenomenon known as NDE’s or Near Death Experience. All the ones that I’ve come across they have one thing in common…not one person wanted to come back, they wanted to stay. Just from hearing about it I can imagine why they wouldn’t want to return to their earthly life.

After the death of my brother, I imagined his reunion with his late wife Lisa who passed in 2014, and our mother who passed in 1999. I thought to myself, “He probably wouldn’t want to come back.” I can imagine the utter joy of seeing loved ones and being in the presence of God. Seeing Jesus in the flesh! Getting a real hug from him. Oh my! I get the chills just thinking about what it will be like. All the beautiful array of colors, the flowers perpetual scent and beautiful scenery preserved in perfection. And of course our beloved pets that have passed on that are waiting for us.

Though at times our grief seems unbearable for those of us that remain, the promise of eternal life far outweighs the momentary sadness. We celebrate that our loved ones are there also waiting, and the joyful reunion will be like no other reunion we’ve experienced. And to top it all off, we’ll see our Savior and offer a joyful chorus of admiration and praise.

Today’s testimony is a beautiful reminder of what we can expect. Though our hearts break when we lose a loved one, we have a beautiful hope and expectation for those who have put their trust in Jesus. We will see them again. We will be in His presence for an eternity.

I pray that we can look at physical death on earth not in its finality, but as a temporary sting of pain. This life on earth is just a pitstop, a drop in the bucket compared to an ocean of eternity as we anticipate the glorious hope of glory awaiting us.

Blessings,

—Paula

Testimony Tuesday

Today’s testimony is more about encouragement to not give up on unsaved loved ones or friends.

There is nothing more frustrating than watching someone you care about struggle in their life when you know what the answer is.

You’ve tried to speak to them about God and Jesus, to encourage them to turn to Jesus the helper, but you are not seeing any evidence or any interest to change or surrender. You ask to pray for them but they say “Please don’t.” Instead, it seems like things are far worse than ever before.

We all either know someone or have someone within our sphere of relationships that is struggling in their lives. And you know the solution, but they still refuse to surrender. They still push God away.

There are times we feel so discouraged, and we wonder if we will ever see any fruit from our prayers. I’ve been praying for my two children for years, and I see nothing…yet. They are both struggling in their lives right now. But, I keep praying.

So rather than begging God to save them, it’s time to surrender them to God, and say; “God, I can’t force them to accept you, you have to draw them to you. It’s out of my hands. “

As I listened to Trish’s video about her encounter with a woman she has known, you can sense her frustration, she knew she couldn’t change her friend’s heart, she could only pray and plant those seeds and leave the rest to God.

Her wise words for anyone struggling no matter what it is…”Seek Him daily and in every hard moment, and He will get you through it.”

Here is a simple and effective prayer for your unsaved friends or loved ones.

Dear God,

Give them eyes to see, ears to hear and heart to understand. (Matthew 13:15)
Open their heart to believe! ( Acts 16:14)
Father, draw them to Jesus (John 6:44)
God, send forth laborers to them. (Matthew 9:38)

Thank Lord, in Jesus name I pray, amen.🙏

I came across this post on Instagram by Joanna Beck Ministries. I’ve never heard of her before but I took notice of this particular post because it resonated with me. It is very powerful and thought it be worthy of a share.

When I was a young bride, I was married to an older unbelieving husband. I felt alone and frustrated. I wish I had the wisdom of how to war spiritually but I didn’t know then what I know now. It was too late for me. But, going forward I can pass this on and perhaps there is someone out there that is struggling with the same situation. This can also apply to our children as well.

Take heart, God sees, hears and knows your struggles. Don’t let the enemy discourage you. Rely on the promises of God and His faithfulness. And always remember to declare His truth by taking our God given authority over every situation.

When You're the Only One Warring
Spiritually in the Home

It’s not a weakness, it’s a divine assignment.

The Weight of Being the One

You feel it: the spiritual resistance, the emotional exhaustion, the pressure of keeping peace and casting out chaos.
But hear this, God honors the intercessor.
"For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife..."
- 1 Corinthians 7:14

Declaration:
I carry the authority of heaven in my home even if I'm the only one standing.

Authority Doesn't Require Agreement

You don't need your spouse's approval to take spiritual dominion.
He may not see the battle, but you see the enemy.
Obedience to God trumps passive agreement every time.
Shift the atmosphere by obeying the Holy Spirit.

Declaration:
I don't wait for agreement, I walk in obedience and take authority.

When Passive Becomes Problematic

It's hard when you set spiritual boundaries and they're ignored.
But resentment won't win this war, revelation will.
Let the Holy Spirit lead you in wisdom, not weariness.

Declaration:
I reject resentment and receive renewed strength to war in wisdom.

You're Not Just Holding It Together, You're Holding the Line

Every whispered prayer, every drop of oil, every decree you make, it matters.
You are not spiritually alone, heaven backs your voice.
God sees. God hears. And your obedience opens doors for divine intervention.

Declaration:
My obedience is birthing breakthrough, even when I don't see it yet.

Stop waiting for everyone in your house to get on board. Start covering your home with prayer and consecration.
Learn how to take spiritual authority in every room.

Declaration:
As for me and my house we will be covered, consecrated, and claimed for the Kingdom.

Good morning friends!

I wanted to let you know that I returned home safely from So. Calif. yesterday afternoon. And no, I wasn’t anywhere near the L.A. riots. My family is safe also. God’s protective hand was over me, because usually I fly out of LAX, but when I booked my flights over a week ago there was not any good options so I flew out of Orange County airport in Santa Ana, which was closer to my sister. I would have been on the freeways where the rioters were. This was God’s providence!

Thank you for your prayers for myself and my family over these last few months to weeks.

My brother’s memorial on Friday was beautiful. I was able to stay composed as I gave his eulogy.

The Memorial Paddle Out was early Saturday morning. His handful of surfing buddies and family members paddle out past the undulating waves on their surf boards in Huntington Beach where he lived. Some of his ashes were dispersed then. We have a drone video of that event. I am going to put together an additional video of that to share.

Right after the prayer during the paddle out. We saw a couple of dolphins breach right near the huddle. Then a squadron of about seven pelicans in near perfection formation flew right past them, as if to give my brother an honorary fly-by to acknowledge his surrender to the sea. Also, the waves in the surf got much larger all of sudden as if Greg was saying “One last wave, and I’m out of here.”

It was amazing! I believe God was winking at us.

I can’t tell you how many people came up to my sister and I to tell us how much our brother meant to them. All we kept hearing was how kind and generous he was. We were not surprised but it meant so much to hear all the wonderful stories about him we’ve never heard before.

Though we are heartbroken he is no longer with us, I know we will see him again in heaven. He is finally reunited with his wife Lisa now.

Friends, we know that life offers no guarantee of safe passage. It’s how we handle and navigate through it. Who and what is our source of comfort when the hard stuff hits unexpectedly?

In your deepest pain, have you known the comfort of God’s presence?

The Lord doesn’t ask us to be okay in order to mend. He doesn’t expect us to clean ourselves up before He is willing to come sit with us. His peaceful presence meets us in our mess, in our brokenness, our tear soaked cheeks and eyes even when we can’t see who it is that holds us.

When we cannot stand, He carries us to a place of rest. He gives us space in our pain, validating the weight of our grief. His grip is strong when we our weak. His patient presence is what heals our heart. He understands the depth of our pain and loss. We don’t need to explain ourselves to Him. He just holds us.

He knows. He understands the depths of the pain of our experiences. In Him we find the strength to move each moment, each day.

He waits—patiently for us, allowing us to express our grief, and yes even our anger.

Thank you Lord for your patient presence that holds and heals my broken heart.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”

Matthew 5:4

Blessings

I love how Ray (I believe that's his name) explains in simple but truthful terms to this gentleman God's plan to redeem sinners. You can see how the Holy Spirit has softened this man's heart. He is even ready to be baptized that very day. Keep praying for your loved ones. One day their hearts will be ready.
Thank you Lord, for this young man. I pray his faith will grow by leaps and bounds as his life is radically transformed. 🙏❤️
