Uniting in prayer is powerful and effective. Before we lift our voices to the LORD regarding our country, let us encourage one another here and now.

This week’s focus will be praying for one another here in the ThinMint and Call to Battle channels. Please share prayers for one another.

Heavenly Father – How wise You are in providing unique ways for Your children to connect! We thank You for linking us through technology, enabling us to form friendships and receive fellowship in unexpected ways.

Thank You for the sweetness of this chat. I am grateful for the kindness and grace that abounds.

Father God, I pray for those who participate in this chat –those who comment and those who are too shy. I ask You to meet their needs, pouring provision in every capacity to overflowing in their lives.

I pray for those who feel antsy, aggrieved, or alarmed.

I pray for those who feel weak, desperate, or hopeless.

I pray for those who feel discomforted, derailed, or dejected.

I pray for those who feel less than, unnoticed, or tarnished.

I pray for those who are enflamed, embittered, or edgy.

I pray for those who are distracted, withdrawn, or confused.

I pray for those who feel threadbare, tattered, or tired.

I pray for those who cannot name what they’re feeling!

I ask You to be the balm and River of Life they need.

I ask You to show them their worth.

I ask You to heal, make straight, regenerate, and reshape.

I ask You to provide, guide, and instruct.

I ask You to impart Your wisdom, peace, and joy.

I ask You to bless them beyond what their hands and hearts can hold.

I pray all this to You in the beautiful name of Jesus Christ.

A Prayer for Blessings and Strength
for our social media family

Dear Lord,

We pray that each person here who follows our channels that they may continually develop a deeper love for You and Your Words.

Help each person here to cherish Your truth through Your words that they may be filled with joy and understanding of how truly loved they are.

May their hearts always remain open and ready to receive Your precious Word that they gain wisdom, knowledge, freedom through salvation, direction and guidance from the Holy Spirit.

I declare today that they choose to obey Your voice to follow Your ways, and to walk in Your truth.

Help each person to trust You to honor what You’ve spoken, because Your Word never fails.

Lord, let the blessings of obedience overtake their lives.

Bless them coming and going, and bless the work of their hands, in their finances, their families and everything connected to them.

Open Your storehouses of provisions and pour out abundance, not just for our personal sake, but also that we may bless others and glorify You.

Protect each person from the enemies lies, accusations, attacks and harm.

Fill them when they feel empty. Overwhelm them with Your love in the most tangible way.

Help them to surrender what they cannot control, and leave it all into Your capable hands.

Meet them where they are Lord. Even when they feel like they have failed and are weary.

May this family feel loved even in the midst of this hostile world, and at the same time feel the peace that comes from You.

Though some here may walk alone in their faith, and also in truth with all the happenings in our world today, Lord let them know they were awakened for a reason.

You chose them to know things that others close to them do not.

Though none go with them they still follow You Lord, bless them.

Help us all Lord to be responsible, respectful and patient with those who are blinded by the enemy.

Help each person in this little family to wield the Sword of the Spirit that they may know how to proceed and earnestly contend for the faith in a lost and dying world.

In addition…

May all of us here always be thoroughly equipped with the Armor of God so we are battle ready when we start each day.

Daily we seek Your strength.

Help us to keep our hearts aligned, obedient, humbled and hungry for more of You.

Establish us in holiness, and set us apart as a people who carries Your name with honor.

Teach us to walk in step with Your Spirit daily.

I thank You, Father, that these blessings are not just promises; they are our inheritance in Christ. We receive them by faith, and we give you all the glory for the overflow of abundance that is coming.

In the mighty and faithful name of Jesus, amen.

Testimony Tuesday

The kindness of strangers. It’s a beautiful testament of why God designed us to be relational, to show kindness, and love without conditions to a perfect stranger.

We find ourselves engaging in everyday duties, chores, work, recreation, and adventures either by ourselves or with others. We choose whether to get involved or not in certain situations. We also have a choice to make a difference in someone’s life especially if that person is having a difficult time in their life.

The following videos really touched me. I am reminded of a sticky note I keep inside my journal to remember to ask God every morning; “Even now Lord give me an opportunity to reach someone today.”

You never know what people are struggling with, or what heaviness or desperation they are going through. All it takes is an act of not just kindness, but also acknowledging that you notice them, you recognize the situation, there is no judging, you just know exactly what they need.

Sometimes God will put you in the most unexpected situations where He will use you to speak to someone at the right time to hear His message through you and change that person’s life.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,”
Galatians 5:22

“The birds of the heavens have their home; They sing among the branches. I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.”
