This filter is an example of the filters I use based on Sari Grove s chart. This one is done via filterra app and it looks for the element of Bismuth. Black is bismuth (shows here as high) what can help get rid if bismuth is things that similate Flourine (no fluorite!) Those canbe Moringa Oleífera also Parsley is wonderful toget rid if bismuth.
This filter is looking for excess molybdenum in Blue. Is done in the Pixlr app and white simple.
To get rid of Molybdenum we take things with BOROM such Borom tablets, celery juice. Taking a bath with Borax Mule (personally don't recommend to take Borax Mike internally, people get too sick is my experience )
