Ignoring now the part about terrorism ... he changed (in part) the security of (some) countries, like 11 September did too, even if still too less (because governments still ignore such event and Breivik is already "an old story") ... well Breivik CHANGED US COMPLETELY, like Hamas did, Russia attacking Ukraine. Probably he changed many other scientists and professionals.
Without Hamas, Breivik and Russia our projects have NEVER reached the current status, even if we were interested in similar topic in the past, but much less.
Without them we would never randomly reached Jeffrey Dahmer too. Nope, it's was NOT thanks Netflix ... because we found him related to our researches we did. Since Dahmer has the "perfect profile" for our projects, we will invest time in this story, but this will never be like what we are doing with Breivik.
Breivik, probably the most important person / event in the world showing missing human rights from both sides in many point of views, tons of errors done by our governments, bullshit spread like journalists do with many other topics, a person talking about tons of topics (that need to be verified), etc. and like said previously, even much more important than 11 September
