The US Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed 6.8% inflation numbers for November.

A "fat fingered" typing error has reportedly cost an NFT dealer over a quarter-of-a-million dollars.

The NFT was instantly swooped on and then reposted for sale at closer to $250,000.

The seller, maxnaut, told CNet he had meant to list Bored Ape number 3,547 for sale at 75 Ethereum (ETH) but a lapse in concentration saw him type in "0.75 ETH" ($2,989).

European gas prices surged as much as 5.9% Tuesday after closing at a record level on Monday - with tensions between Russia and Ukraine threatening to extend this year’s crunch into next winter.
