The petitioner requests a rehearing for their petition for writ of certiorari in the case of Brunson v. Canadian Pacific Railway, et al. Petitioner argues that the denial of certiorari resulted in serious conflicts plaguing America, that were caused by a domestic covert operation that breached national security and caused fear of destruction and bloodshed in the streets.
The petitioner asserts that the lack of penalty for violating the Oath of Office allows members of Congress to pass laws that allow them to be immune from suit for intentionally violating the Constitution, up to and including treason.
Furthermore, members of Congress failed to investigate claims of alleged war, which is required under their Oath of Office. Allegations that the election was rigged must also be investigated as it is an act of war, and violates the Oath of Office.
