Although I have just like stopped drinking caffeine entirely multiple times before for like a few weeks

Goals:
Wake up at a normal time (go to bed at a normal time)
Bring appropriate amount of water
Make small snacks to keep sugar and electrolytes at a decent level
Hike for most of the day
Afterward improve and plan to make this a regular occurrence
