when i wake up i will rebuild my pc with the new motherboard and then work on OCing the H170 board that "doesnt support it" despite basically having the same PCH chip but with different lable (PCH stands for platform controller hub, it is the modern equivalent of a motherboard southbridge and northbridge just combined, it handles all the connections between things)

Also turns out the solution was really simple and i overcomplicated it a lot but ima overcomplicate things a lot cuz I learn so much from it
