That was like a really fucking good sleep, I finally woke up a little tired but not completely out of energy and like slightly refreshed for once

At 5 am I woke up for like 10 mins because there was an EAS alert in my dream and I got an adrenaline rush and I could feel the blood leave my ears and fingers and shit, it isn't really scary but I mean sometimes hearing it in the middle of the night is creepy af and that's what probably caused it and the immediate extreme paranoia but I went to pee and I forgot about it I think and just slept like a baby after that

My brain is so fucking cooked

I learned so much today

So I bought some chew toys because chewing on bottle caps is bad for my teeth

And some meet sticks
